Downtown Sunnyvale could soon be sporting a new 75-unit multi-family housing complex. Lane Partners and Bay West Development recently announced their partnership on the project, with $40.77MM in non-recourse construction financing and preferred equity.

311 S. Mathilda St. will be the site of the 5-story apartment building. According the plans submitted by the developers, the project is expected to include a landscaped courtyard and roof deck, state-of-the-art fitness center and clubhouse.
Ground breaking is expected to occur in the 2nd quarter of 2019.
